Return Policy

Because everything we do at Neat Stuff Gifts is customized, understandably, we cannot accept returns or refunds of personalized merchandise unless:
  • There is an error in the order
  • The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in shipping
Shipping Damages and Defects
  • All items are inspected before they are shipped, but in case of an oversight and your merchandise is flawed or it has been damaged in shipping, contact us immediately for a replacement
  • All shipments are insured.  However, All Damages Must Be Reported Within 5 Days of Delivery
  • Save the box and packing materials for inspection
Mistakes
Oops! We all make mistakes. But, don’t worry. They can be corrected.

Ours -

  • Errors made on our part will be taken care of immediately at no cost to you

Yours -

  • If you made a mistake, we will work with you to make it as painless as possible
  • If the error occurred on an item that can be repaired, ship it back to us and we’ll fix it for a nominal fee
  • If the mistake is on an item that cannot be repaired, we will replace it at a 40% discount 
  • All shipping charges will be your responsibility
  • For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed
  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 Days of receipt
