Because everything we do
at Neat Stuff Gifts is customized,
understandably, we cannot accept returns or refunds of
personalized
merchandise unless:
- There is an error in the order
- The item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in shipping
Shipping Damages and Defects
- All items are inspected before they
are shipped, but in case of an oversight and your merchandise is flawed
or it has been damaged in shipping, contact us immediately for a replacement
- All shipments are insured. However, All Damages Must Be Reported Within 5 Days of Delivery
- Save the box and packing materials for inspection
Mistakes
Oops! We all make mistakes. But, don’t worry. They can be corrected.
Ours -
- Errors made on our part will be taken care of immediately at no cost to you
Yours -
- If you made a mistake, we will
work with you to make it as painless as possible
- If the error occurred
on an item that can be repaired, ship it back to us and we’ll fix it for
a nominal fee
- If the mistake is on an item that cannot be repaired, we will
replace it at a 40% discount
- All shipping charges will be your
responsibility
- For your protection, you must insure the package for the
value of the item enclosed
- All returns and exchanges must be made
within 30 Days of receipt
