NEAT STUFF Policies... Our Guarantee Your satisfaction is important to us. Each item is unique. All are personalized and/or hand painted. Because each order is customized especially for you, understandably, we cannot accept returns in the same way that a department store takes back a sweater, a handbag, or a pair of shoes. However, if your order arrives damaged we will take care of it. Simply notify us within 7 days for repair or replacement. Damages Must Be Reported within 7 Days of receipt. Allow 10-14 Days for completion of hand painted items. Please let us know if you need to have your gift arrive by a certain date. If you are having brushwork or sponging allow an additional week. Items that take longer than normal are noted next to the product. Check your order carefully,
paying special attention to spelling. Shipping Charges are added to your order. Your order shipping charge is calculated by multiplying your order by 12% and adding a fixed cost of $6.50. Products, prices and designs are subject to change without notice. Colors may vary slightly on different products. This is because paints react differently on numerous types of surfaces. To match several pieces all items should be ordered at the same time. If this is impossible and you plan to order more items later, tell us and we’ll keep a record of exactly what we did along with a photograph so that we can match future orders.
